hi.
improved once again, you can now say hello to the new sublogic website - the result of several months of webbuidling effort. the old one was satiated for too long already, so this was about time. and i'm satisfied. of coarse, otherwise you wouldn't be looking at it right now.
some things you might be interested to know about it:
it's become something of a netlabel/weblog hybrid. this news post is an entry just as much as a release is, and you can post comments on either and anything else that qualifies as such. as a result, i decided to drop the "feedback" section.
the forum is now... a forum. i mean, one forum. it's just a bunch of threads, not divided into multiple sections. the forums were never used that intensely since the last site update, and what with all the blog-like functionality, i don't think it'll ever become too chaotic.
there is a new rss feed that will expell new releases -er, entries- and have playlist data enclosed when music is present. users of winamp/shoutcast live (and probably others that support rss with enclosures) will be able to stream the files directly into their favourite media player. isn't that neat? the old "talk" rss feed is currently defunct, but may see a replacement some day soon.
oh. you should start using the firefox browser just about now. this site uses some of the neat tricks that CSS2 offers, and IE6 doesn't support those (actually, IE6 has enough trouble properly rendering CSS1 as it is). so if you're using IE and think this site looks messy or is hard to read or whatever, then that's not because i'm a bad web designer (i'm not, you see, and this site is 100% standard compliant), but because the people at microsoft can't code. i didn't test this site with the IE7 beta, because, well, it's a beta, and it incorporates so many ideas copied directly from firefox (tabbed browsing, anyone?) that i simply refuse to take it into account until windows installs it on my machine without asking (which will probably happen when it's through the beta phase). the sad story is that people unaware of firefox (of which there are still way too many) are actually going to believe this was microsoft's idea, and they will get down on their bare knees and thank them for giving them this great feature. to make a long story short: firefox rocks and IE, pretty much by definition, does not. so use firefox.
anyhow, i should stop ranting. go forth enjoy the newness. new releases are coming your way, albeit very, very slowly.
oh, and you may start posting your thoughts on the new site below.
Very clean and professional layout, a bit bright for my eyes atm, tho i just woke up.. :) Font's a bit small, but easy to fix with control + mousewheel ;)
Woahhh! New outfit! It's shiny! Me wants to touch it, whooooo!
Well done!! This looks very refreshing!
Turned out completely different than the previous look :) The colors work together well. Also, the popup-free design will now make the site fully functional for everyone.
Whoa! Nice job Casper! The new look is fresh and inviting! Two thumbs up.
I'll check out the 2GI release too while I'm here, curious to hear what it's like. By the way, i've started producing again; expect something within the month or so (I'm still quite slow :)

Hi I was googling and found a post that I did overhere in March 06 :
(quote)"I've heard your music in the past when I was an active member of exerecords and ucp. I'm not a member, just stubled on this site by accident and I must say that it looks nice visually..(Don't want to push you into a corner, but you asked for critique so don't be mad about the following lines) ETC ETC"(/quote)
Well, nothing but flowers on the new fresh and standardizzzled design!
