one year, eight months and 21 days. this is by far the longest musical break anyone ever had on sublogic, and it ends right here and right now. saiko has returned, at long last. and if it weren't for the technically improved sound, it would be like he had never been gone - his personal, recognizable style within goa is still the same. and we like it that way, too.
as for the sudden revival of inspiration, saiko's own description should put an end to all questions:
this track is based on the very hard moments of my relationship with my girlfriend. the first part of this track you'll hear a cheesy part with atmospheric string lines and a happy melodic line. a month before we broke up the relationship still went smooth and we were happy together. the second part is the monotonic part. that's were the hard times started. we really needed some time to think about everything what happened in that period. and there it comes, the last part of the track. the sad melody with the hard filtered and distorted saw sounds. that was the moment that the unreal became real. we broke up...
but i still love her, she conquered my heart. and this feeling will never flow away. never!

and saiko: it's good to see you're back :)
i'm just not gonna write anything in-depth right now, maybe later...
Oh, I didn't knew this was a subco release excuse me :D
I really really really dig the "cheese" part ( which I wouldn't refer as "cheese", for me cheese is trance crap alla Special D :S ). The intro is quite original and refreshing, and that synth sound really nice. Nice buildups and great strings. @ 0:52 with those "gappered" strings I even had some chills down my spine!! ^O^^O^
I wish the beats would be a little more complicated and even dazing instead of straight to the point alike stuff. You tried to pull some tricks at certain points, and that certainly helped to get that goa-ish feeling. But still, I want more. I'd like to see a rougher kick, and maybe some more harder percussion to straighten things up in this overall quit soft track. Esspecially in the last parts when everything gets quit harder and more aggresive another beat would be great...
Maybe it's weird but I really recognize the "sad melody" near the end, you used it in one of your old modules or something? Anyway, the melody is great, and the effects you apply on it are even better. Typical Saiko style, which we all like.
nice nice, I hear I have to practice alot more to get something like this out of buzz :D
i only wish it was a bit longer (assuming longer implies there will be variation added proportionally) :)
I already mentioned it's among your best work, if not your best. Keep on bringing this kinda shit, and remember... DON'T make trax when you are in (L) ;-)
Great stuph...
