our main goa guy returns with this absolutely ripping goa trance track. showing inventiveness on melody as well as structure, the excellent vocal parts only help to reinforce the experience. on the technical area, the mastering is excellent, as it integrates the lower with the higher shelf without blurring both up this results a crystal clear yet concise sound. with anticipation we await subbie's next smash! :)
from the first second onwards, this track draws the attention with a nicely eq'd acid riff that sets the mood for the rest of the track. after that, the track evolves into a sophisticated acidish hardtrance experience, with goa-ish melodylines and vocal use on top of ravey main melodies. the track forms one solid chunk of dopey bouncy ruff-edged hardtrance. it makes us wonder what cadra is up to next! a worhy release #100!
vibenation and tripwire teamed up to create this dark and progressive tune, that combines vibenation-like rhythmics with fresh virus sequences from tripwire. the result is a moody, but on occasions also exstatic track, which is hard to compare with any other. proof that walking off the beaten path can be very rewarding!
stomping, exstatic clubtrance is what saiko engulfs us in with his new release 'demelsa'. his first buzz-track sounds naively happy; quite logical since the inspiration for this track was a girl :) crystal clear mastering finishes off this solid track, in which no major flaw can be detected. this track shows that saiko knows how to make a tune work. nice job!
okay, you've kept the walls of your room intact for so long... but now it's time for them to finally crumble... as cadra brings us this brilliant techno stomper! with seemingly careless loops, well-placed breaks and superb effects, cadra manages to compose a very strong techno track that keeps the attention throughout the full length. this track growls, bangs, rips and gives those speakers of yours a very hard time! :)
very nice clubtrance track, that fits its title pretty well. it sounds like an ideal track for a summer dawn, with fresh strings and bright melodylines. planeshifter has used a solid, hard bassline to complement the melodic parts, which works out just fine. the breaks are very nicely done and breathe peace and calmness, which is also a nice contrast to the rest of the track. very interesting energetic and chilling track!
vibenation brings us instant sunshine with this happy and stylish clubtrance anthem. it's a very expressive track, despite its retained style. begin very playful and melodic, this style reminds a bit of scoop. more sunrays than you can handle!
amazing new track from sonicasy! incorporating a lot of styles, this track shows off sonicasy's range as well his ability to mix different styles flawlessly. using a mild percussion, drum 'n' bass-like effects, jazzy saxophones, an underworld ('push upstairs')-like piano roll, melancholic string parts, subtle guitar picks and quite a jazzy atmosphere, sonicasy sets a powerful statement. a very vibrant, beautiful track.
'when the music is loud, we get down'. damn right! very remarkable and banging uk-styled clubtrack, with excellent work on the atmospgere, nice garage percussion parts and vibenation's own special style. the melody screams, the effects roar, the beat is banging and some very inventive filtering techniques are shown. a technical achievement as well as a clean club smash.
the long-awaited first sonicasy release is here! it is a spacy trance anthem with a melodic side as a well as kicking full-on parts. it does a very good job on putting and keeping the listener in a trance during its full length, which is over 7 minutes. listening to this track you can hear the amount of work that has been put in. the proof that melodic trance is still alive and kicking!
